In order to do it, the REIT will issue 1.385.649 shares at 1 euro each on the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, the Spanish market where the company has been listed since 2016.
Once the capital increase becomes consolidated, the REIT’s capital stock should increase to 25.4 million euro, reports Eje Prime.
Currently, Quonia has a real estate portfolio estimated at 84 million euro spread out through several Spanish cities. Barcelona, Madrid and Seville are a few examples.
