The project will be developed on a parcel located next to the Torrejón de Ardoz University Hospital, in Madrid’s Soto de Henares neighbourhood. This is a project destined to build rental social housing units at a limited price.
The construction works, which have just begun, are expected to be concluded in around 20 months so as to meet the high demand for rental housing in the area.
