The information is advanced by newspaper Expansión this Thursday, which also mentions that the operation should be closed on the next month of July for around 450 million euro. Representatives from Blackstone and Deutsche AM also sat on the final negotiations table, informs the same newspaper.
The portfolio includes 12 logistic assets spread out through several Spanish municipalities and it was inherited from Axiare in 2018. At least four assets are located in Madrid: a 131.000 sqm complex at the San Fernando industrial park; a 70.296 sqm warehouse located at the La Raya industrial park; a 14.945 sqm asset in Agustín de Guadalix; a 35.248 sqm warehouse in Revias.
Within the Catalan Community, there is a 42.253 sqm warehouse in Tarragona and a 26.026 sqm warehouse located in Valls. Other assets are located in Guadalajara and Seville, mentions the same newspaper. In total, this portfolio has more than 400.000 sqm in built logistic areas.
