One of them, which has 10.580 sqm, will be occupied by Noatum Logistics and the other, with 5.220 sqm, was rented by Seur, an express transport company. Consultant Inmoking was in charge of supporting Seur in this operation.
In total, the two warehouses, which were leased this week according to Spanish newspaper Eje Prime, have an area of 15.800 sqm and are part of a 23.500 sqm logistic park located in the Spanish municipality of Ribarroja.
«The Spanish and Southern European logistic markets keep growing and there is a great demand for class A logistic areas», comments Gustavo Cardozo, senior vice-president at Prologis Iberia, to the same newspaper.
