The asset, in operation since 2002 and with a gross leasable area of 11,353 m2, is one of the most consolidated and well-functioning medium-sized parks in Madrid. Some of its tenants are Media Markt, Aldi and Toys'r'us.

This transaction confirms that the interest for investing is a constant in the Spanish retail, which due to its diversity of formats presents an offer for all types of investors".
