Profitability improved compared to 1.4% in March 2017 and 4% in December 2017, thus confirming the recovery of the funds.
The APFIPP / IPD® Index of Portuguese Real Estate Investment Funds includes a total of 11 open-end and 30 closed-end funds, with a total value of assets under management of €5,400 million at the end of the first quarter of this year.
Taking into account the open-end real estate investment funds, the Imopoupança fund was the one that got a higher return in March, of 5.7%, followed by NB Património, with 4.6% and by Imonegócios, with 4.4%. Also noteworthy were the yields of 4.1% of CA Património Crescente, 4.1% of Fundimo and 4% of AF Património Imobiliário.
