This entity organizes again the collective stand, open to public and private entities of the Lisbon region interested in participating in what is one of the most important real estate investment fairs in the world, taking advantage of an "extraordinary moment of the real estate sector in Lisbon". According to Invest Lisboa, the participation is an opportunity to “contact beforehand the international investors, who will be the protagonists of the biggest projects of the next years in Lisbon”.
In the collective stand of Invest Lisboa / Lisbon City Hall - "Discover Lisbon - Atlantic Business Hub" will be present the CML, which will promote, in the fair, the projects of the Integrated Operation of Entrecampos and the Accessible Rent Program, Oeiras City Hall, Invest Lisboa, ONARA Partners, Sociedade Gestora da Alta de Lisboa, WLA Properties, B. Prime, Casafari, MLGTS, GPA Lawyers or Ashira Capital.
Reinforcing the Portuguese participation, and in its own stand, Sonae Sierra will also be attending the event.
Ricardo Valente, City Councilor of Oporto and responsible for Invest Porto participates in this edition of Expo Real, sharing his experience at the conference "Integrating Waterfronts with City Centers". Duarte Cordeiro, deputy mayor of Lisbon, will be present at the conference about startup hubs "Leading European Startup-Hubs and their Eco-system", a session integrated in the "Real Estate Innovation Forum".
Acknowledging the growing interest of the investment in the Iberian region, Barcelona will also be highlighted in Expo Real, at the "Barcelona Catalonia, emerging trends in foreign investment" session, which will take place on October 8.
