According to this report, which analyzes the rent prices of 445 markets in 65 countries, the Barcelona street consolidates itself for the ninth year in a row as the most expensive street in Spain, as 18th in Europe and 67th in the World. This street maintains a prime rent of 3.360 €/sqm/year.
In Spain, the second position in the ranking is occupied by Madrid’s Preciados, with a prime rent of 3.240 €/sqm/year, which represents a 2% increase from last year’s prices. In the European ranking, Preciados is placed at 20th and at 71st in the world.
The most expensive street in the world is, for the first time, Causeway Bay in Hong Kong, with a maximum renting price of 24.606 €/sqm/year.
