With this operation, which also includes parking lots rental, Philips Ibérica becomes a new Torre Auditori’ tenant, one of the four towers belonging to the project BcnFira District. To close the deal Philips Ibérica was advised by CBRE, the international consultant.
The relocation of Philips’ offices to Torre Auditori, in Barcelona, adds to others renowned tenants like Marmedsa, whom signed the first rental contract for the Tower in 2015, representing one of the major operations of the year carried out in Barcelona. Other companies like Proclinic, ASUS, Dentsply Sirona and Iberdrola are also located in this building.
Torre Auditori, the first tower to be on the market, has a design that enables tenants to have an open-space to the use of offices, with 1200 m2 per floor, divisible up to four modules. It also has energy rating A and certification BREEAM, with recognized functionality, sustainability and energy saving.
BcnFira District is the new business area from Barcelona, where Iberdrola Inmobiliaria develops four office tower. From these, three have 21 floors and an area for lease of 22.899 m² above the ground each. The fourth tower, which construction was just completed, has a commercial, services and for lease area of 19,663 m². The project also has more than 1,000 underground parking lots, already completed.
