The Compañía de Phalsbourg already can be certain of an urbanisation license.
The Compañía de Phalsbourg, will begin work in May, given that it foresees in the next few days their contract with builders who are to build the first phase of the work.
According to Raphaël Martin, President of the Compañía de Phalsbourg, “Open Sky is our first project in Spain and is in line with the characteristic innovation of the Compagnie de Phalsbourg which has brought so much success in developments in France.”
Open Sky is the first project in Spain for the French company. It is an open shopping centre, with a GLA (Gross Lettable Area) 80.000 m2, with 100 shops and 3,500 parking spaces, located in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid), not far from Barajas airport, and by the A-2 motorway. There is also a spacious green zone, where there wil be light and water shows, bars and restaurants,
Also The Village outlet centre
On the other hand, as on 31st march last the acquisition form ING of 66,000m2 of land adjacent to Open Sky was completed, the Compañía de Phalsbourg has begun mthe marketing phase of The Village, an outlet centre designed like a villa by Philippe Starck with an area of 22.000 m2, 120 shops and restaurants and 1,500 parking spaces. Stark’s design will strengthen the visibility of brands and will attach much importance to its integration with green areas, rest areas and services. Among other services, The Village will have a minibus service and an information office.
