This is one of the first keys in hand operations to be carried out in the Northern area of district 22@ in the city of Barcelona during the market cycle, as revealed in a release from consultant BNP Paribas Real Estate, which advised the operation.
The building, located at Bolivia 250 street, will be delivered during the second quarter of 2021, following a refurbishment and a LEED certification. The operation was developed by Albion Real Estate Management which has a long trajectory with multiple projects in 22@. BNP Paribas Real Estate and Pérez Llorca advised this operation on behalf of the seller and L’Etoile Properties, DLA Piper and Artelia advised the buyer.
