The Herdade da Comporta General Assembly approved this Tuesday the sale of the property’s assets to the consortium, according to information given to Lusa by a group’s source. In a statement, Paula Amorim claims that «the approval by the general assembly of the sale of Herdade da Comporta’s assets to the consortium formed by us and Vanguard Properties, is a decisive step in a long process to which we are committed».
Quoted by TSF, she also says that «she believes in Comporta’s potential» and the country’s potential «as a quality touristic and residential destination» and in the «entrepreneuring ability to develop it»,as well as in a «model of development which guarantees the region’s sustainability, creates jobs, brings more openness to other peoples and other realities, quality investment and qualifies public spaces».
The deal should be signed until March, according to José Cardoso Botelho, CEO of Vanguard Properties, to IP.
