All three assets are located in the Spanish capital. Two are part of the Julián Camarillo business area: the one located at Calle Santa Leonor (numbers 35 and 39), which has a total 4.000 sqm and also 70 parking spots and the building located at number 518 Calle Alcalá, with 7.400 sqm and 20 parking spots. The third asset is located at numbers 35 and 37 Calle Gobelas, has 6.140 sqm and 182 parking spots.
The information was advanced by newspaper Expansión this Monday, which further informs that these three assets are part of an 18 office building portfolio – located in Madrid and Barcelona – which were bought in April from Meridia Capital, for 215 million euro. This was, according to the same newspaper, one of the largest operations to be carried out within the office segment this year.
