Image of the logistics project Panattoni develops in Zaragoza
One of them, located in Zaragoza, within the industrial complex PLAZA, will have a GLA of more than 9.200 sqm; whereas the other, located in Puerto de Santa María, within the Salinas complex, will have a GLA of 9.000 sqm.
The logistic project located in Zaragoza will be key-in-hand and developed on a 47.200 sqm plot of land, which the company acquired last November. It will consist of two floors: the lower floor will have 6.600 sqm and the higher one with 2.500 sqm, will be reserved for offices. The asset is expected to be delivered in October.
The industrial complex PLAZA can be directly accessed from the A-2 motorway, which provides it with multiple connections to the Spanish motorway network. Companies such as Inditex and BSH are also installed within this logistic-industrial complex.
The project located at Puerto de Santa María, will have a GLA of 9.000 sqm to be built on a 41.500 sqm plot of land. It will consist of a 6.600 sqm warehouse plus a 2.300 sqm office complex. The delivery of Panattoni’s first building in Andalusia is expected to take place in September.
The location of the Salinas complex favours the distribution of products to the whole Cadiz province, and it also has very good direct connections to Seville, Malaga and to the port of Algeciras.
Panattoni’s first projects in Aragon and Andalusia will be adapted to the last mile logistics’ needs and conceived according to a «cross docking» model. The buildings will also have nine loading and unloading bays. The remaining unbuilt parcels will be used to develop a great parking area to facilitate the assignation and delivery of orders.
