According to EjePrime, Ores’s portfolio is composed essentially by hypermarkets (14.7%), retail parks (15,2%) shopping centre stores (14,4%) and street shops (8%). In the last four months of the year alone Ores invested 27.5 million euro in 4 different operations.
In a release sent to MAB, Ores comments that «these operations are in line with Ores’s investment strategy, of having urban locations in Spain’s main cities, first rate operators as tenants and stable long term rental agreements».
