The stores have a total of 1,930 m2, and are all occupied by the Stradivarius chain, including a space of 700 m2 in the Rúa Urzaiz in Vigo, another of 450 m2 in Calle de los Fueros in Vitoris, a third in the Calle Emilio Arriesta, in Pamplona and, finally, a shop of 350 m2 at the intersection of Plaza del Olivar and Calle San Miquel in Mallorca.
According to Ores, this negotiation follows "the investment goals contemplated within its business plan and in accordance with the financial parameters committed to the shareholders", quotes EjePrime.
In the beginning of the month, Ores had already acquired a new store located at 157 Calle Alcalá, in Madrid, in Inditex, with an area of 374 m2, rented to the Tim Hortons restaurant group. Recently, it also bought a store occupied by Mango at Calle Ordoño II, in Léon, continuing its new phase of growth, financed with a new loan of €140 million aimed for purchases in Spain and Portugal.
