The asset is a 729 sqm shop currently leased to Zara Kids. It’s located at number 26 Calle San Marcial in the Spanish city, according to the release sent by the REIT to Mercado Alternativo Bursátil.
The operation was closed last week with the former owner, whose identity was not disclosed.
