The retail space has 1.130 sqm and is occupied by Sfera, El Corte Inglés’s fashion brand. With this acquisition, Óptima Retail fulfils its investment goals for 2019.
Partner and Óptima Global Services’ general manager, Luis Vila, pointed out that «at Optima Retail we strongly believe in this type of High Street assets, located in the best urban commercial axes, since they offer the best risk/return balance».
Currently, Óptima Global Services manages all of Óptima Retail’s assets in Spain and is the asset manager for numerous investment funds, surpassing with this acquisition 400.000 sqm under management.
Óptima Global Services, which has planned a capital increase of up to 30 million euro, established itself as one of the main Spanish companies specialised in managing real estate assets and consolidated its real estate services’ integrated offer.
