This take-up volume is the best of the last three quarters indicating that, in spite of the political tensions in the region, the activity in the office market in the city maintains a good form.
According to Lindy Garber, director of A&T Investor Leasing in CBRE, "companies act for very specific interests and, being Barcelona an attractive city, it is not surprising that the activity remains high. In fact, there are currently several large companies studying new locations for their offices, so the estimate in the short and medium term is that the contracting remains at good levels."
