The company acquired, last July, this same asset located in the metropolitan area of Madrid for 2.66 million euro. This divestment fits, according to Eje Prime, the strategy the company established with its latest business plan.
For the future, Nyesa should invest in developing big national and international projects. The company has already taken a few steps in that direction. The purchase of 92 offices, two commercial spaces and a set of 176 dwellings (with 20.000 sqm) are a few examples.
