In order to purchase the assets, which total 22.000 sqm, Nyesa contracted a 16.35 million euro loan with Cajamar Caja Rural, using the asset Torres de Hércules as collateral.
This acquisition represents an investment in the Spanish housing rental market, since 65% of these houses (131) will be placed on the rental market. The remaining 71 units should be traded, as revealed by the company in a release made available at the Comisión Nacional Del Mercado de Valores.
With this operation, Nyesa closed cycle with a 500 asset portfolio, half directed at the rental market and the other half to the trading market.
