The asset has 8.020 sqm, with most of this area – 7.260 sqm – destined to logistics, and the remaining – 760 sqm – occupied by offices, revealed diary Eje Prime.
The asset is located at Valle de Trápaga (Vizcaya) within a terrain with twice its total buildable area – 21.650 sqm.
Nuveen closed the deal on behalf of European Logistics, a company dedicated to this segment. The seller was real estate group Vusa, according to Idealista.
