New Socimi for the Spanish Stock Market. The National Securities Market Commission has granted the ISIN code to Orinoquia Real Estate, the real estate investment vehicle of the Venezuelan Capriles family in Spain, to start trading on BME Growth (previously known as MAB).
The company, whose CEO is Axel Capriles, plans to go public with a portfolio made up of 76 properties spread over three cities (Madrid, Valencia and Malaga) with a valuation of around 20 million euros. However, the company's plans are to continue growing both in tourist rentals and in coliving projects, according to El Confidencial.
In the capital, Orinoquia has a building with 22 tourist apartments in the Salamanca district, already renovated and focused on short and medium-term periods, and another coliving project, also in the center of Madrid, consisting of 73 apartments with parking . In Malaga, it has a 10-story building, already restored, in the Plaza de la Merced, and another pending reform with 16 homes in Soho. In Valencia, the Socimi has a building with 25 tourist apartments in the El Carmen neighborhood.
Until now, the bulk of its activity in Spain has focused on the promotion of luxury housing in Madrid, a destination in high demand for large Latin American fortunes. Gran Roque Capital is the name of the developer through which it develops its high standing projects.
