CBRE has started to manage a new asset in the city of Seville through its Property Management area, which manages a total of 47 shopping centers in Spain and in Portugal. It is the Nervión Plaza shopping center, owned by Nuveen Real Estate, which has more than 27.000 sqm spread over three floors and more than 1.500 parking spaces.
This operation comes at a particularly important time for the center, which is undergoing a reform. Specifically, this project includes 13 new restaurants, a supermarket and the reorganization of its cinemas.
The consultancy thus expands its portfolio of assets under management, which amounts to more than 11 million sqm in Spain and Portugal, of which two million correspond to the retail segment. The portfolio of assets under management of CBRE in the province of Seville is also composed of Way Dos Hermanas, Metromar and Los Alcores.
«We are very happy for the confidence that the center has given us and we are sure that Nervión Plaza will continue to consolidate itself in the coming years as a place of reference in Seville due to its great commercial and leisure offer», says Soledad López Cerón, Iberia property management director.
