The company has acquired three plots of building land with a total surface area of 23,262m2 and the 208 homes. The two projects in Valencia, in the zone of Malilla, in Camino Azagador del Morro, will provide a total of 54 homes. The Playa San Juan development, called San Juan Homes, will be located in the Calle Músico Vicente Spiteri and will have 154 homes.
This entry into the Valencia market is in response to the company’s desire to extend its activity in zones which are showing clear residential recovery. Levante offers the characteristics which the market requires for Neinor Homes: lack of structural supply, lack of competence, positive demographic trends and unsatisfied demand.
“We are sure that Levante has great potential. We believe that a company with national aspirations should be present in a market such as in Valencia, playing its small part in the recovery of the sector together with local businesses. Our objective is to be part of the market and to become highly regarded in the area, contributing to the transformation and modernisation that the sector is experiencing,” stated Juan Velayos, Managing Director of Neinor Homes.
Augusto Monte, new Regional Director in Levante
To boost and lead the project in Levante, the developer has appointed Augusto Monte as Regional Director, a leader with an extensive background in the real estate sector.
“The trust we have placed in Augusto Monte to manage our new territory of Levante, confirms our belief in the Valencia market. Monte has an impressive reputation and much influence in the sector, both at the regional and national levels, which will help Neinor Homes to consolidate its presence in Valencia,” Velayos added.
