The 3.000 sqm building is located at the Avenida de García Barbón, 38 in Vigo and it offers 19 parking spots. The asset is currently leased to R Cable, a subsidiary of Euskaltel.
The sale was carried out through Naturgy’s Sociedad General de Edificios y Solares and advised by Catella.
This is Naturgy’s second sale in Spain in the last 3 years. The first took place last year with the sale of 45% of Torre Marenostrum Complex for 45 million euro to Colonial.
