The 2.100 sqm asset is located at numbers 391-393 at Calle Pallars within Barcelona’s tech district @22. According to newspaper Expansión, this Tuesday, the company should move in June.
This is the latest operation in the Barcelona office market, which during the first months of the year alone moved 206 million euro in investment, 42% higher yoy, according to data from consultant CBRE.
