The company, specialized in the purchase and renewal of assets for further commercialization, aims to achieve a return of more than 25% with this first project in Portugal. It is located at nº 287 of the street Cândido dos Reis, and the company expects that commercialization will be completed quickly, since it is located in an area with a "high demand for housing".
The acquisition happens 4 months after MK Premium opened offices in Lisbon and one month after Oporto. The goal of the Catalan company is to gain €7 million by the end of this year: "we are aware of the awakening of the Portuguese real estate market internationally, and we already have several pending projects, whose negotiations are very advanced," confirms the company to EjePrime.
This year, the company expects to invest up to €50 million with the acquisition of 80 properties spread between Barcelona, Madrid, Lisbon and Oporto.
