One of those assets has an area of 730 sqm, is located in the centre of Porto and, according to Spanish newspaper Eje Prime, is currently being rehabilitated.
The other two assets are located in the nearby city of Vila Nova de Gaia. The larger one has 425 sqm and will feature 8 apartments and the smaller one has 394 sqm and will host 7 apartments to be rented to tourists.
This strategy from MK Premium comes at a time when «there is increasingly less rotating real estate offer», explains the company’s founder Daniel Leiva to the same newspaper and he adds that he sees this segment as a «new opportunity», which can generate an annual return above 25%.
