Millennium bcp sold 11 plots of land located within Parque dos Cisnes, in Miraflores, to three different real estate developers, whose names were not disclosed.
These plots of land are for housing use and have a total combined area of 60.000 sqm. The Parque dos Cisnes allotment has one more plot of land for sale with 13.198 sqm of buildable area.
Savills advised Millennium bcp on this deal. Nuno Esteves, Associate Investment Developer at Savills Portugal, commented in a release that «it was extremely gratifying to advise Millennium bcp with these operations under a particularly complex setting given the pandemic and the challenges its effects pose to transactions».
He further added that «this operation will contribute to increase the quality housing offer in the Oeiras area, within an already stabilised allotment and with urban renewal works and infrastructures already finished. Considering the location and the licensing procedure’s timings, the estimated time-to-market and all other characteristics of this operation, it is likely that the last remaining plot of land will soon be sold».
