The idea is to sell part of the company. Metrovacesa will become the 3rd real estate developer to quote on the stock exchange after the crisis, following Neinor Homes and Aedas Homes. Next year, Vía Célere is also expected to quote.
This decision happens after a new injection of €316 million of land by the two financial institutions, through a capital increase in assets. Metrovacesa thus adds a total of close to €3000 million in the portfolio, according to Spanish Real Estate.
