Nieremberg 14, Madrid
Metrovacesa received the construction license to build a new real estate project, Nieremberg 14, in Madrid’s central neighbourhood Ciudad Jardín. This is one of the few newly built apartment complexes in this area, five minutes away from the Azca financial centre.
The developer will invest a total of 20 million euro on the development of Nieremberg 14, which will consist of 67 dwellings with between 1 and 4 bedrooms each. Construction works for the complex are already ongoing and are expected to be finished by the end of 2022.
Most dwellings will have terraces. The building will also feature a leisure area, gym, bicycle area and swimming pool. The development will also be equipped with a solarium on the rooftop, besides three basements for storage and parking.
The project is located within the M-30 motorway bypass, very close to Paseo de la Castellana. Besides this development, Metrovacesa currently has 170 dwellings on offer in the area.
