This project is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Torremolinos, on the first line of the beach, and 5km from Malaga airport. These houses will have 1 to 4 rooms, spread over 5 floors, with a garden, terrace or attic, and will be in an area of 12,400 m2, with common green areas and two outdoor swimming pools, indoor heated pool, equipped gymnasium or running track.
The promotion of Metrovacesa will follow the most demanding parameters of quality, innovation and sustainability, both in terms of materials, as well as finishes and construction processes. It is added to the 17 other projects that the company already owns on the Costa del Sol.
