The information is provided by market sources, quoted by EjePrime, according to which Metrovacesa inherited these lands after Santander, BBVA and Popular carried out a capital increase for €1,108 million in assets, in which three entities contributed with several lands.
It is a land adjacent to the former headquarters of Banesto, which currently houses Santander's stores in Spain. In these lands, the bank has built 200 homes for its workers, tenants to whom have already been asked to leave these properties.
