It will have 54 houses located northwest of the Port of Sagunto, a recently urbanized area, a 10 minutes walk from the beach and near the major commercial facilities and all type of services. The project is expected to finish its construction in the last quarter of 2020.
This development will be implemented in two towers of 27 houses each of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, distributed in several heights, including ground floor, attic and above penthouse. In addition, it will have 61 parking spaces and 54 storage rooms. Residencial Ópera stands out from the rest of the buildings in the area due to its interior complex with common areas such as swimming pool, garden and children's play area.
With the construction of this new project in the Valencian Community, the company strengthens its commitment to the region, where it has five other developments ongoing.
For this project Metrovacesa has relied on the study of Valencian architects AIC EQUIP, with recognized standing, as in the rest of its developments. In this sense, these fifty houses will be executed following the high levels of energy savings and with the focus on respecting the environment during all phases of the development.
