The image make-over, the increase in resting areas and the introduction of led technology are some of the changes the company made to the shopping centre, which is currently managed by consultant CBRE in partnership with Schroders Real Estate Investment.
The company’s goal is, as was revealed by Ana Gutiérrez in a release, «to modernize the shopping centre and to give it character».
According to Eje Prime, this shopping centre receives 4 million visitors per year.
