According to Eje Prime, this deal was assisted by consultant InmoKing Real Estate representing an undisclosed American fund.
In total, the two assets have a combined GLA of 80.877 sqm and are located in two different municipalities in Barcelona.
One of them has 21.283 sqm in buildable area and a 47.277 sqm GLA, it’s located in the municipality of Castellbisdall and is currently leased to SMP Automotive Ibérica, according to information provided by the company. The other has 14.911 sqm in built up area and a 33.600 sqm GLA, and it’s located in Lliçà de Vall. The latter is fully leased to Reckitt Benckiser.
