Merlin Properties has signed a turnkey project with Logista for the construction of the first warehouse in the logistics development Cabanillas Park II, located in the industrial and business area Corredor de Henares, in the Community of Madrid.
The platform will occupy an area of 47.155 sqm, with the option of adding another 47.000 sqm in one year. The warehouse will offer all the services required to adapt to Logista's current needs, including a 4.000 sqm area dedicated to cold logistics.
Moreover, it will have the highest environmental standards, in line with the rest of the projects developed by the company. In this way, Merlin seeks to obtain LEED certification in the Gold or Platinum categories, as in most of its developed projects.

This project continues and expands the successful development of Cabanillas Park I, a state-of-the-art logistics park with 315.841 sqm of GLA, which has clients such as XPO, DSV, 4PX or Luis Simoes.
