The plan is from Merlin Properties and Grupo Alonso which plan to invest around 20 million euro on it.
Amongst the most significant changes is the renewal of the central plaza, the construction of new terraces and shops, the change in materials on the main façade and the changing of the signage.
The goal is to «improve the customer’s experience and adapt the shopping centre to the new market trends», the companies informed in a release which Eje Prime had access to.
The rehabilitation works should be concluded in December. Until then, consultant Knight Frank is in charge of managing and market the shopping centre’s areas.
