The technology services company has its central offices located at number 8 Travesía de la Costa Brava in Madrid, but has now decided to move to a more modern building, located on the outskirts of Madrid, according to Ejeprime.
The tranfer of Inetum’s employees will take place over the next few months. According to market sources, local rents average around 16 euro/sqm/month.
The María de Portugal complex has three building with a 17.139 sqm GLA. Amongst its tenants are Philips and Neoris. In the coming months Inetum will become its main tenant with 8.500 sqm.
