Merlin invests €78.6M in logistics this summer

There are two industrial warehouses of 26,775 m² in Júndiz, in Vitoria, rented to DHL, and a warehouse of 15,705 m² in Cabanillas, Guadalajara, in the corridor of Henares. Gross profits are around 6.2% to 7.5%.

At the same time, states EjePrime, the socimi is building two new logistics warehouses in Cabanillas, with an average area of 42,510 m² and a profitability of 7.7%.
