The Socimi aims to undertake these works in the beginning of the next year, and conclude it in 2021, after which expects to achieve a raise in rents of around €61 million. They follow the Merlin’s strategy to increase by 22% the rental income and exceed the barrier of €500 million, without the need of new acquisitions.
The renewal of the building occupied by Sacyr, on Paseo de la Castellana, will be one of the main works, highlighted by EjePrime, where Merlin will invest about €20 million.
