The REIT’s results where announced this week, showing that the total revenue reached 376.1 million euro, 3.3% more yoy, with gross rents growing 5.3% and reaching 371 million. Logistic assets’ results increased 24% reaching 37.11 million euro.
The portfolio’s occupation rate grew, particularly in the office segment, which improved in all markets, with «an excellent evolution in Madrid, boosted by a great variety of new rentals, and in Lisbon, thanks to the new rental with Servdebt», quotes Expansión.
The recurrent EBITDA dropped slightly to 0.4%, at 296.4 million euro, which is explained by the company with the cancellation of the service contract with Testa Residencial.
