The Company reached a cash flow per share of 32 cents, representing a growth of 5.7% as compared to the first semester in 2016, as reported by the Socimi.
The assets portfolio reaches a gross value (GAV) of €10,459 million, representing a growth of 3.7% facing December. The net asset value, as recommended by EPRA, amounts to € 5,586 million, equivalent to €11.89 per share, representing an increase of 5.9% in comparison with December (11.23).
In line with the development of the business, Merlin Properties increases its estimation of shareholder remuneration, in respect of 2017, by €216 million or 46 cents per share (+15% vs 2016).
This is a result of intense trading activity with almost half a million of contracted or renewed meters. All the assets’ categories (offices, shopping centers and logistics) have seen incomes growth on comparable terms, and the renovations were concluded. Besides, the global activity of the assets portfolio raised up to 93.1% (from the 91.3% last December).
