According to Eje Prime, the commitment to buy and sell the asset between Merlin and Consorci de la Zona Franca (CZF) was signed last December.
The 35.5 hectares of one of the most dynamic logistic parks in Southern Spain are divided in two great sectors. One of them, the main one, is the logistic sector, which has 285.000 sqm GLA and 130.000 sqm buildable area. The other is the business area, with 190.000 sqm buildable area, of which only 23.500 is already built.
