«Barcelona continues to prove to be a pole of attraction for logistics investors. However, due to the lack of finalist land, in many occasions the opportunities are in seeking the repositioning of industries that have become obsolete. In a year in which it is expected to reach 2 billion euros in logistics investment in the whole of Spain, Barcelona and its area of influence can lose opportunities due to lack of industrial land, » said Oriol Gual, I&L national director of Colliers.
