The asset, built in 2002, features 84 rooms, of which six are suites in a 5.800 sqm area. It further has 350 sqm of meeting and convention rooms, a restaurant, a bar and a parking lot for 28 vehicles.
This investment is Meridia IV’s, the investment vehicle newly launched by the investment management company, fourth purchase. The fund has until now carried out three more investments: an office building in Madrid’s tech district MadBit, a portfolio with four office buildings and a program to launch eco-friendly accommodation. Meridia IV has a specific focus on high added value commercial real estate assets located in Madrid and Barcelona and an investment capacity that surpasses 600 million euro.
