Built in 1967 and renewed in 2005, the building is located on Calle Juan Hurtado de Mendoza No. 4 in Madrid, right in the business center of the capital. Of the almost 7,500 m² of the asset, around 4,800 are offices and 2,500 are for commercial use. In addition, it has 54 parking spaces.
Meridia expects to implement a significant CapEx program in the asset, with the purpose to renovate and improve the property, especially the facade and its technical facilities.
Juan Barba, Real Estate Partner at Meridia Capital, has stated that "we are very pleased with this transaction, since the asset offers great potential due to its excellent location and the value we can bring with its reform. With this asset, we not only strengthen our portfolio of offices in Madrid, but we also enter the financial center of the city."
