Built in 2006, the warehouse is located on the axis of the Corredor de Henares, an industrial area with very good connections and direct access to the A-2. In this same area are also located companies such as Volvo, Eroski or Mahou, as well as the first warehouse acquired by Meridia III, in April 2016.
With this operation, the Meridia Capital logistics portfolio already has 112,000 m2 acquired, of which 73,000 m2 through Meridia III.

Garrigues, BNP Paribas Real Estate and Arcadis have advised Meridia Capital in this operation, while the consultants of the seller have been Dentons and Savills Investment Management.
