In the midst of an ambitious investment plan, which will reach 460 million euros in 2021, the Spanish family office Mazabi has decided to divest some non-strategic assets.
Specifically, the firm specializing in real estate family wealth management has put up an office building located at 23 Recoletos street in Madrid. The firm expects to earn about 12 million euros for this operation, according to Juan Antonio Gutiérrez, CEO of Mazabi.
It is a building that was renovated in 2015 and has an area of 2,100 sqm. The building has six floors of offices and also has a commercial space on the ground floor.
Now, the company has decided to get rid of the office building that it bought in 2014 from Catalunya Banc. Mazabi paid about 12 million euros for the asset, the same price for which it has put it up for sale now.
Currently, Mazabi is immersed in an ambitious investment plan that will take it to add almost 1 billion euros in two years. Specifically, the Spanish company is preparing operations worth 460 million euros for this year. This figure will be added to the 400 million invested in 2020.
